Our Menu (Week of April 9, 2012)

Easter brunch at my in-laws’…mmm.  I love how my mom-in-law always has cute little salt and pepper shakers to fit every occasion.  Cozy.

I didn’t have a menu plan last week because little Munchie and I went on a little trip to be with my family.  Instead, I had the pleasure of eating my mama’s wonderful creations.  And Munchie got to eat lots of delicious fish, soup, and other Taiwanese dishes courtesy of my mama.  It makes me so happy to see her gobble up all the amazing food my eager mom can’t wait to make for her.  Happy hearts all around.

Here’s what’s on our menu this week:

What’s on your menu this week?  Using up any yummy leftovers from Easter meals?

  1. I really have to stop reading your posts. They’re always making me hungry and I’m trying to loose a couple of pounds over here.

  2. Sounds scrumptious. What do you put in your breakfast burritos. I am a b.b. fanatic. Betcha didn’t know that about me. 🙂

    • I didn’t know that about you, but now I like you more. I just put in whatever we have which is generally cheese, eggs, sausage, green bells…and, if I’ve made a batch, breakfast (skillet) potatoes. mmm. How bout you?

      • Leftover meat type item usually. potooes, onions peps. Same. I love them. And I always wrap mine in a square of alum. foil so I can pretend they came from a taco truck. 🙂 I really think the foli is essential.
