Our Menu (Week of January 29, 2012)

Blueberry coffeecake

I’m trying to make this week another easy one with the help of my slow cooker.  I haven’t been feeling well since this past weekend so I’m also hoping to relax as much as I can this week 🙂  Nice excuse for me to bundle up on the couch and turn on Downton Abbey while my slow cooker does the work, huh?

Freezer Cooking:

Since our freezer is acting up (ack!) I’m skipping freezer cooking…I’m too afraid to add anything to it!
